These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vertical Creators (verticalcreators.com), a professional hub for the vertical video industry. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One person or company per account, please.
Vertical Creators exists to connect professionals in the vertical video industry. When using the platform, you agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you post — profiles, gallery images, job listings, community posts, and the like. By posting content, you grant us a license to display, store, and distribute it as part of operating the platform (for example, showing your profile to other users). You’re responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload.
Job posts, gigs, casting calls, and marketplace listings are created by users. Vertical Creators is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or hire that results from a listing, and we don’t guarantee the accuracy of listings posted by other users. Use your own judgment when engaging with opportunities on the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
Vertical Creators is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
