Crowdfunding platform with a flexible funding model (keep what you raise) and active film and video category, used by independent creators for production and distribution funding.
The flexible funding option makes Indiegogo lower-risk for targeted vertical production campaigns compared to Kickstarter's all-or-nothing model.
Indiegogo's flexible funding model reduces risk for vertical creators running smaller campaigns; useful for funding specific production phases (post-production, localization, marketing) rather than full series budgets.
